A friend at work recommended I try Byers. I drive past it everyday to and from work. I had ordered a cake for my mom's birthday from another baker and at the last minute they said they could not have it done in time. I called Byers and they had a cake ready in 2 hours. Service is awesome, but the flavors are amazing.

Sweet tooth rejoice! Old fashion real bakery with great cakes, pies and treats. The bakery is right there and while they are wrapping up your order you can usually see other goodies being made.

This is an amazing little gem that I've only recently discovered. Their finger desserts, cake slices, gourmet cupcakes, and cupcakes have become our absolute favorite(and saved us in a pinch as well). Great little place, amazing flavor, and decent prices for the taste and quality of the food.

Just a quick stop to pick up some pastries with my mom during the holidays. We had fun looking at the very creative cake decorations and enjoyed the sweet treats!

Pennsylvania Dutch meets 2020. They have lovely decorated cupcakes, beautiful fantasy themed cakes. I escaped with a cream puff. The 4-stars reflects my reluctance to consume too much sugar.

there are free samples, don’t put an entire donut in your mouth at a time, you will probably choke, but the donuts and samples and cakes are excellent!

Byers is such a good bakery and all the cakes are delicious! I got a 2 tier cake for my wedding day along with variety in cupcakes. I got compliments on each cupcake and how everyone loved them and ALL THE FROSTING! The only reason I gave 4 starts is because it took them awhile to respond to emails, which for a bride can sometimes be difficult when planning all the pieces to a wedding. Still though, I would HIGHLY recommend if you want Delicious cake and even cake tasting, they are very generous with everything you get to try!

Went in to get a half cake for my daughters photo shoot. I was told nothing could be altered on the cake (I asked if they could put come pink on top) so I asked if a large cupcake like the size of 2 cupcakes could be made I was told to "just come in" so I went in the following day (they were close to closing when I called) and I had asked again about the larger cupcake the lady hlgave me a rude chuckle an half smile and said "no we aren't doing that today" ok whatever. So there is a sign for a spice cake and I asked what was in it. Lady at the counter "I don't know, how do you want me to explain it" me "well could you ask someone please? I just need to make sure it's nothing my kid is alleegia to" lady sighs and says "I guess".... You guess??? Idk if she was having a bad day or what but her customer service skis we're horrible....

Our favorite bakery in PA! We love their dessert cakes and holiday sand tart cookies! Our favorite cake is the white rhapsody. One time, I ordered a cake for my mom's birthday and it was decorated red and green for the holidays. I told the girl at the counter that it was for a birthday so the colors didn't work. She went right back and the baker came out to apologize and corrected it and even added some fun chocolate shavings - wonderful customer service! A+++

We've been buying the Black and Tan bread for several months now because we were told by Byers (several times) it was gluten free. Since then we've been told by several others (including the bakery they buy from which we found at Green Dragon) that it is not gluten free. This is frustrating since we've given it to several family and friends who aren't supposed to eat gluten.
